4. Delivery
- Delivery is available across the UK
- Our daily delivery cut-off is 1:00pm. Orders placed before 1:00pm are scheduled for next-day delivery. Any order placed after 1:00pm will be delivered in two days, not the next day
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services
5. Returns & Refunds
- Perishable items are non-refundable. Due to the nature of fresh produce, frozen goods and other temperature-sensitive products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on perishable items
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, non-perishable items
- Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded — please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery
- Customers must contact our support team to initiate returns
